“SNAKES ON A PLANE”
Naiinis ako. Feeling ko hindi ko ma-eenjoy ang mga summer blockbuster films dahil baka pagsabayin ko ang OJT at Thesis 2 ko. Kasi naman e. Sana simpleng tagatimpla na lang ng kape ang trabaho ko o kaya tagaphotocopy na lang sa labas o kaya tagabili ng ulam or tagacheck na Friendster accounts ng isang department. Kaso hindi e. Kelangan may project na ibigay ang company na inline sa elective mo. So that means….Java!!! Tapos may documentation and defense pa yun! Sana nag filmmaking course na lang talaga ako…Pero wla na akong magagawa e. Yun na e. Alangan namang mag back out pa ako? “All I have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to me…”Nabalitaan nyo na ba yung film na “Snakes on a Plane”? Corny yung title pero catchy di ba? Do you know that the film is making a buzz just because of its title? Si Samuel L. Jackson, tinanggap nya yung role upon seeing the title (without even reading the script!) Gusto daw ng producers na gawing “Pacific Air Flight 121″ ang title pero nag-object si Samuel Jackson. The movie is about, well, obviously, an assassin that lets loose a crate full of deadly snakes…on a plane! Astig di ba? This is going to be the highest grossing film of 2006! Hehehe…Maybe this film will start the whole new trend of Hollywood film titles. Ngayun lang nila inacquire yung style ng Pinoy (”Pag Ang Kanin Naging Bigas, May Bumayo”) Malay mo next time, magkaroon na ng “Rats in a House” ,”Two Lovers on a Sinking Ship” or “People Die Here and There”…
