Marlon Villanueva was killed by an alleged fraternity initiation rights (hazing) at the University of the Philippines, Los Baños Campus.
Marlon Villanueva was killed by an alleged fraternity initiation rights (hazing) at the University of the Philippines, Los Baños Campus.
He was one batch ahead of me. I hope his soul rests in peace.
