ANNIVERSARY OF MY DATE OF BIRTH
FACT: Dapat June 19 ako ipapanganak e. Ka-birthday ko dapat si Rizal. Pero masyado yata akong excited na lumabas sa mundo kaya yun…June 10.
Kadiri no? June 10. 2 syllable lang. Ang pangit pakinggan. 2 syllable nga lang pangalan ko (ALVIN) pati birthday ko 2 syllable din? Buti pa yung may birthday ng September maganda pakinggan. Proud naman ako maging Gemini…Ayokong malaman ng mga kaklase ko ng birthday ko. Siguro closest friends ko lang. Nadidiri ako pag binabati ako. Gusto ko, parang ordinaryo araw lang kapag birthday ko…not so special. Ayoko namang nasa spotlight ako. Kasi pag birthday mo lagi kang tinutukso di ba? (”Oi, pakopyahin mo Alvin ng assignment…birthday nya ngayon….” -> Duh?)
Kaasar, ibinunyag ng isa kong friend na birthday ko…bwisit. Hindi naman ako natakas sa pang-blo-blow-out. Gusto ko lang maging normal day to. I don’t like it to be so special in a way na parang napakabait mo ngayon. Di ba? Tuwing birthday mo lang ikaw mabait?
