ONE OF THE WORST MOVIE SEQUELS EVER
I like Starship Troopers (the one with Denise Richards and Casper Van Dien) that I watched it 3 times over a period of 3 days — yeah everyday in 3 days.
Yesterday, I came across of a new released VCD in Video City —> Starship Troopers 2: Hero of the Federation. I was surprised to know na there is a sequel pala. I was excited to see this sequel because I think it’ll be a better one. But I’m totally wrong!!!

The first 10 minutes is super boring that I don’t want to stare at the television? anymore. The camera suffers from jerky movements and all you can see is darkness. Parang tipid na tipid sila sa lights. I have to adjust the default brightness setting ng TV namin so that I could see the people and the same bugs that they are fighting with. It was so disappointing that I didnt finish it. Nag-isip nag ako kung totoo bang sequel to e.? I just pressed the forward button up to 4x because I hope the next scenes are better. And I’m wrong again. It’s still boring. I don’t care what’s the story of this movie. I hate all in this movie. You can’t appreciate the special effects because it’s too dark and the shots are in very bad angle. I hate all of the crew that are involved in this movie. Parang isang? cheap production ng mga filmmaking beginners . This is worse than Blair Witch 2. This is 100% trash!
Lesson that I learned? Don’t rent a movie na ngayon nyo lang narinig especially a sequel. Yung mga movie na hindi nyo man lang na-feel na pinalabas pala sa sine.
IF YOU COME ACROSS OF THIS MOVIE….DON’T EVER RENT or WATCH IT !! If you feel like wasting P250 or P900, BUY A STARSHIP TROOPERS 2 VCD or a DVD!
